At Engzined, we are committed to delivering high-quality English language learning experiences through our digital and in-person services. By purchasing any of our services, courses, or subscriptions, you acknowledge and agree to the following strict No Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made to Engzined for any course, service, subscription, digital product, event, or workshop are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Accidental purchase
- Change of mind
- Inability to attend or complete the course
- Lack of usage or dissatisfaction with the service
- Personal or professional schedule conflicts
Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued.
2. No Cancellation Policy
Once you enroll in a course, service, or program, the enrollment is considered final. Engzined does not allow cancellations after registration or payment. This applies to:
- One-time payments
- Monthly/annual subscriptions
- Event or seminar registrations
- Membership plans
All users are advised to read the course/service details carefully and ask any necessary questions before making payment.
3. Subscription Policy (if applicable)
If you are on a subscription plan:
- You are responsible for managing your own subscription.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but no refunds will be given for the current or previous billing periods.
- Access will remain available until the end of your billing cycle after cancellation.
4. Service Modifications or Disruptions
Engzined reserves the right to:
- Modify course content or delivery format
- Postpone or reschedule sessions for technical or unavoidable reasons
In such cases, no refunds will be issued. We ensure that any service disruption is addressed appropriately and professionally.
5. Digital Product Policy
For all downloadable content (PDFs, e-books, notes, recordings, worksheets, etc.):
- All purchases are non-refundable
- No exchange, replacement, or credit will be issued after delivery
6. Policy Agreement
By enrolling in or purchasing from Engzined, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this No Refund and Cancellation Policy. This agreement is binding and enforceable.
